Bishop Frank J. Murphy was born in Knoxville, Tennessee on February 3, 1952. He joined the United States Air Force in 1970. He is married to Ruth M. Murphy and the father of four children and a grandfather of eleven. His travels took him to Fairbanks, Alaska where he accepted the Lord as his personal savior, in September 1977. He then became ordained as a minister in 1980, while stationed in Cape Cod Massachusetts. Pastor Murphy then established the Gospel Inspirational Service at Grand Forks Air Force Base in North Dakota in 1983. His next military assignment placed him in Stuttgart, Germany, where he Pastored the New Beginnings Gospel Service until 1991. Where upon he retired from the military, and relocated to Orlando, Florida.
Bishop Murphy then became the Assistant Pastor at New Deliverance Apostolic Church in 1994. The Lord then led him in 1995, to a Chairman of the Board position with Living Hope International Ministries; he also evangelized with various churches until 1999 when he became a member of Christ First Church of Central Florida. In 2001, Pastor Murphy was nominated to the position of Assistant Pastor of Koinonia Ministries of Central Florida, and he faithfully served in the position until he became the Senior Pastor in August of 2013. In December of 2013 Pastor Murphy became part of the Renegade Pastors Network to further his pastoral knowledge. In August 2020, he became the president of Kingdom Network Empowering Communities (KNEC). Then on August 1, 2021, Pastor Murphy was elevated to the office of Bishop overseeing churches in Tortola, British Virgin Islands, and the United States.
