Pastor Elcon Roberts is a native of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and a resident of the BVI and the US. He is the husband of Minister Kayanna Roberts and the father of four (4) boys (Elkanna, Kyle, Kert, Elcon Jr.) and one (1) girl (Kayla).

Elcon was called to serve in the Kingdom of God at the tender age of fourteen (14) years. He always has a word of encouragement preaching thus saith the Lord as he share what the Lord laid on his heart with dignity and boldness. Elcon was ordained as a Minister of the Upper Room Victory Church in Tortola, BVI, under the leadership of Bishop Mervin S. Herbert. About two (2) years after, he was ordained as a Pastor under Cry of His Coming Evangelistic Association under the late founder Bishop Dr. A.L. Helligar, in Orlando, Florida, U.S.A.

It is customary for Pastor Roberts to take funds out of his own pocket to assist persons far and wide, as the needs arise. Also, he would contribute in any other way he possibly can. Bishop Helligar saw the vision, passion and the potential in Pastor Roberts, in assisting persons far and wide and he encouraged him to pursue this area of ministry. Without hesitation, Pastor Roberts alongside his wife, answered the call to officially form and launch out in evangelistic and outreach ministry and “Mission with You in Mind Ministry” became a reality.

Pastor Roberts chose this name because God has all of us in His mind. The ministry’s foundation scripture is Philippians 2:4 (KJV) “Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.” The focus of this ministry is preaching the word of God, mission trips, meeting the needs (not wants) of persons locally, regionally and internationally; along with organizing various outreach programs and events.

Pastor Roberts has successfully organized two (2) mission trips to several Caribbean islands, such as, Grenada, St. Vincent, St. Lucia, Antigua, Tortola and the U.S.A. Many lives were saved and transformed through the open-air crusades and the in-door services that were held. Also, some persons received donations of household goods, in some of the islands. Some of the speakers who accompanied Pastor Roberts on the mission trips, included Bishop Dr. A. L. Helligar, Bishop Leonard Gibbs and Bishop Mervin S. Herbert.

Under the leadership of Pastor Roberts, mission with you in mind ministry also hosted grand gospel concerts (featuring several international artistes, such as Adrian Cunningham, Ted Robinson, Second Chance, Evangelist Easton Gobourne and Evangelist Bridget Blucher) and back-to-school drives. Also, cash, as well as tangible goods are donated to persons in need on an ongoing basis.

In February 2021, Pastor Roberts was appointed as the Vice President of Cry of His Coming Evangelistic Association having served in the capacity of the Executive Coordinator for many years. In July 2021, Pastor Roberts was installed as the Executive Director of the Global Kingdom Builders Network (GKBN) in Orlando, Florida, USA.

Pastor Roberts is also an avid business owner/operator in Tortola. He successfully manages a shipping company called Obshort Investment Agency, a cleaning company called Trintech Business Services and a beverage distribution company called Supreme Business Services Holdings Limited.
