He acquired his Bachelor's of Arts degree in Social Sciences from Rutgers University in New Jersey and has since completed all the classroom assignments towards a Masters of Divinity in Theology. He then pastored his first church there in New Jersey at twenty- eight years old with the church experiencing phenomenal growth. He stayed there for six years until he was reassigned to the USVI to serve as the Administrative Bishop for several islands in the Eastern Caribbean.
Bishop Harrison believes that God has prepared him for a mission to the nations. He believes American law and politics trivialize religious devotion, and his passion is to restore biblical truths that have been compromised and replaced by secularism. In September 2014, Bishop Earl Harrison completed his twenty year tenure serving as the Territorial Bishop of the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as, St. Martin and Anguilla. He presently serves as the Senior Bishop of the Mount Zion New Testament Church of God in St. Thomas, U.S Virgin Islands.
